We are starting the process of migrating to a more unified customer support experience.
You may have noticed that we started using a ticket system a few weeks ago to help us make sure no questions or support requests were lost in the shuffle. Now, we are moving over the Help Center to the same system. This will also allow us to provide a better support / chat experience.
We are still going to have support chat embedded in ResaleAI, but you will also be able to search common (and relevant) questions instead of having to wait for one of us to respond.
Another advantage of this move is that you can also use your ResaleAI user account to leave comments and questions on the Help Center articles and there is a new Community section that we hope will become a great resource for sharing from one owner/manager to another.
This change will take place gradually with a few users at a time. If you have any questions, ask them below :)
