Your staff can text their picture to ResaleAI, and it will appear as their avatar!
Just 3 steps to adding an employee's picture to their ResaleAI avatar!!
- UPDATED: Make sure that the employee’s mobile number and email address are the same in their RAI Employee Record AND in their RAI Customer Record. If the employee has an RAI User account, make sure that account also has the same email address.
- The employee texts the photo they choose to the ResaleAI Texting number for the store. (If you don’t know the texting number, go to Settings>Store Settings and note the Call and Text number for the store.)
- When you open the incoming text from the RAI Texting screen, click the small button that appears. The button says, ‘Use as customer avatar’, but it also works for the staff avatar. The button doesn’t give an indication that the pic has been added, so just go to the team list to check the avatar. If the picture doesn't show in the employee avatar in just a few minutes, go the the employee's Customer Record and find the photo there in the text history. Click the 'Use as customer avatar' button there in the Customer Record.
Please note – If the When I Work is integrated with ResaleAI in your store, please use the When I Work method for adding an employee picture instead of the RAI texting method.
