A frequent request has been the ability to see who completed a task on a particular day. You can now see the completed tasks on an individual list. Here's how:
Testing out an audio notification when there is a new incoming text.
We now default to showing only the text conversations that include customer replies. But don't worry, you can easily see all the other threads too.
We have added a Labs page to settings for Owners and Managers. Now you have the ability to test out new features as we are still figuring them out. If you are really adventurous, you can turn on "Beta" which will include random smaller changes that we test.
We are migrating our Customer Support tools to Zendesk.
- You can now search for Help Center articles from within the Customer Support button.
- Help Center articles now support comments.
- The Bounce Back page is faster.
- Employees can clock-in/out regardless of the formatting of today's Notes & Kudos.
- Adding integration with When I Work after creating Employees in ResaleAI will no longer create duplicate Employee records.
- The Weekly Summary Report will display correctly when the store was closed for on the the Comp days.
