In effort to constantly improve the Sign to Sell Process, we have rolled out the following changes.
1. Start new buy is now under check in tab
2. In the customer search bar, type in the customers phone # or name, if they are an existing customer their DRS record will populate just like before
3. Then click send to customer to text them the sign in form! This allows you to continue checking in several people without waiting for customer to fill out the info!
If the customer doesn't have their phone or doesn't data, type in the their phone # or name and click EDIT then fill it out like normal and click create. Slips will print for them to sign
4. Under pending, when the customer has completed the form you will see the signature icon
5. Next click verify ID (if required) and check in
6. Item details box will pop up, fill that in then click Check In!
7. Buy transaction created in RAI and DRS, Sign to Sell slip will print along with buy detail slips!
