ResaleAI will assign you a store phone number when you first sign up. This number will work for when customers call the store and they can text this number as well. The text messages will come through the ResaleAI messaging tab.
If you need to find your phone number this is where you can find it:
Log in to ResaleAI with an owner or manager account
Go to Settings
Go to Store Settings
Your store’s phone number is under “Call & Text Number”
Why do I have 2 phone numbers listed? What is the difference?
When directing a customer to call or text your store use the number listed under “Call & Text Number”. This is the phone number that ResaleAI gives to you and that is attached to your messaging tab on ResaleAI. This allows for 2 way texting between customers and the store. Customers can always call the Call & Text number and it will be directed to your store phone. The ResaleAI number is the preferred number to advertise as your contact number.
