If you have just started Sign to Sell and when you click on the "checked in by" or the "sorter" drop-down menus and see "no data available" this means that you have not set DRS initials for your employees. Follow the steps below to remedy that!
If you have been using Sign to Sell for a while and some employees show up and some do not show up on the "checked in by" or the "sorter" drop-down menus, this means that some employees have DRS initials set and some do not. Follow the steps below to remedy that!
1. Log in to ResaleAI with an owner or manager account (You can sign in at app.resaleai.com in a browser)
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Employees
4. Next to each employee profile, will be a pencil icon. Click that to edit the employee's profile.
5. Under "DRS initials", click on the drop-down menu.
6. Select from the drop-down menu the correct DRS user and corresponding initials.
7. Make sure to click Update Employee to save.
8. Repeat for all employees.
