About Team Mode
With Team Mode, employees have an individual PIN code they use to sign in to ResaleAI.
This is similar to how employees sign in to DRS with their own username and password before they ring up a transaction. Once signed in to RAI, they are able to take action more quickly. When checking off a task, the system already knows who took that action, rather than the employee needing to select their name from a dropdown list.
ResaleAI will sign out after at least 30 seconds of inactivity, or you can click the “lock” icon to go to the lock screen any time you step away.
Setting a PIN
To set your PIN for the first time:
- Type in the search bar to find your icon. You can search by your name, email address, or your DRS initials.
- Select your icon, and it will prompt you to create a PIN code. You will be asked to type in your 4-digit PIN again to verify it.
- If you don't see your name appear, try clicking the menu in the top right corner (three vertical dots) and clicking "Refresh"
- If you have any trouble finding your name from the search, you can ask a team member to log in and go to the Team List page. Find your name on the Team List, and click “Set PIN.”
- Be sure to click “Refresh” in the top right menu to save the change before you go back to the lock screen and sign in.
If You Use When I Work:
- As you sign in with your PIN code, ResaleAI will also clock you into When I Work (if you are not already clocked in already that day).
- Later, if you are signed in to ResaleAI and want to clock out for the day, click on your image in the top right of the Day Book Page, and then click "Clock out." It will confirm you want to clock out and will clock you out of When I Work.
- This replaces the "Clock In/Out" button that was in ResaleAI in our older version.
