A customer's transaction earned a Bounceback coupon, but it did not print! Here are some troubleshooting actions to take. If these instructions don't help resolve the issue, please reach out to our team by Emailing email@example.com .
1. Do You See ResaleAI Sync?
ResaleAI Sync (the orange 'ai' icon shown below) must be running on every POS for the bounceback coupons to print.
How you can tell if ResaleAI Sync is running?
The ResaleAI Sync icon will be displayed the bottom corner of your computer's system tray.
Note: If your POS computers are on Windows 7, you may not see this icon immediately and may need to click on the small up arrow "^" to view it.
If you do not see ResaleAI in the bottom right corner of your computer, follow these instructions:
- Go to the computer's Windows Start menu (bottom left corner of your computer)
- Type "ResaleAI Sync" into the search bar that pops up at the bottom of this menu.
OR: look for a ResaleAI file folder
- Click on the orange ResaleAI Sync application and click "Open"
OR: click on the ResaleAI folder, then click ResaleAI Sync to launch it.
2. Does the POS Number in ResaleAI Sync Match?
- Click on the ResaleAI Sync icon, and make sure that the POS number that appears at the top of its pop-up menu matches the POS number that is assigned to the computer in DRS.
- If the POS number does not match, click on the drop-down arrow to the right of the displayed POS number and select the correct POS number.
- Once the POS numbers match, click Sync Now.
If clicking Sync now did not print the Bounceback coupon, follow these instructions:
- Go to the Bounceback page
- Find the corresponding bounceback that needs to be reprinted
- Click the print icon next to said bounceback
Note: Coupons can be re-printed within 5 mins of the transaction. If the time has surpassed 5 mins, an owner or manager must login to RAI to re-print.
If a bounceback coupon didn't get logged into the bounceback page, you can manually add them
- Click on new bounce back
- Fill out the info in the box
- Hit create Bounceback log
