Message to owner/manager
Could you create a method of sending a note via text or email to a designated phone number or email address? (maybe a button on the day book screen) So if someone wanted to send me a message they could do it from ResaleAI? I get tons of mesages from my staff regarding people who called or a customer who was asking about something specific they didnt know the answer to.
I know there are other programs out there that can do this, but the more I can have my staff do from ResaleAI the easier training and operations would be.

A couple of questions on this one:
- Do these notes need to be private once they are sent?
- Would the texting work?
- Do they need to be able to send the note to multiple people? (i.e. owner and/or manager)
If the texting works, we may just need to make it easier to text someone from the team list.
