Please provide a Notes & Kudos category drop down selection box.  For example, Employee Announcements, Backstock Changes, Customer Issues, Buying Notes, Recalls, etc.  This should be a customer input field where the manager has the ability to create and edit categories, and everyone is required to select one of those categories when they make a note.  This will help when trying to find notes about certain topics that may have been posted awhile ago.
