Task list enhancements

Looks like some of these have been requested, unsure if they have been addressed. I thought I had already submitted theses, but never saw anything.

• Ability to assign a task to a specific employee.
• Color code tasks
• Arrange tasks in desired order
• Ability to undo a completed task
• Delete or modify a task (spelling, or clean up descriptions)
